- All rates are subject to the 8.5% NH. room & meals tax.
- THE RATES INCLUDE ROOM, 3 MEALS DAILY, AND USE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.
- Rates do not include gratuities for dining room, housekeeping or boathouse staff.
- Children ages 2-5 less 15% of the weekly rate; under age two, $60 weekly including a crib if needed.
- Daily charge for extra overnight guests is $110 per person.
- All payments due should be in the form of a check or cash. TLV does not accept credit cards.
- Checkout time is 10:00 A.M. Check in time is 4:00 P.M. Generally, a week begins with Saturday dinner and ends with a bag lunch on the following Saturday.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- CANCELLATION POLICY-Deposits will be fully refunded if THREE MONTHS prior notice is given or if the accommodation can be filled.
