We are all enjoying the slower of fall and catching our breath after the busy summer. The hotel has been put to bed for the winter and the cottages have been turned over to our winter tenants. The list of projects to tackle during the off season is always long and ever growing, but it is nice to relax a bit and take in the beauty of early autumn!
