Happy Holidays!!
The days are short and there is a chill in the air! We are still waiting for our first significant snowfall and hopefully it will arrive this weekend! The lake has iced over several times only to be blown out by high winds or melt with rain and a few warmer days. That too should change with the cold weather arriving this weekend.
Winter projects are underway in Garden Gate and AJK. As soon as the ground freezes and we get a bit of snow, the guys will start cutting firewood and lumber. Rates have been set for next summer and Jeffie is working on deposit request letters which you should see the beginning of January.
We had a nice surprise when TLV was asked to be featured in the Lake Sunapee Neighbors magazine. The article gives a brief history of the Villa and the Kidder family. The magazine will be available for you to read next summer.
We hope your holidays are filled with the wonder of the season, lots of laughter as family and friends gather and snow for all of you hoping for a white Christmas! We look forward to seeing you in 2018!
